Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want booking with confidence. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and deposit handling for Kafal Motors rentals.
1. Free cancellation window
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before pick-up for a full refund of the rental and service fee.
2. Standard cancellations
- 7+ days before pick-up: full refund of the rental amount; the service fee may be retained.
- 2โ7 days before pick-up: 50% refund of the rental amount.
- Less than 48 hours before pick-up or no-show: non-refundable.
3. Security deposit
The refundable deposit is a hold, not a charge. It is released after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition, typically within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank. Documented damage or fines may be deducted, with evidence shared with you.
4. Add-ons
Pre-paid cleaning is refundable if you cancel under section 1 or 2. Free pick-up & drop-off carries no charge. If you cancel after the vehicle has been dispatched for delivery, a delivery fee may apply.
5. Changes by Kafal Motors
If we cancel a confirmed booking (e.g. vehicle becomes unavailable), you receive a full refund including the service fee, and we will help you find a comparable vehicle where possible.
